Production & Shipping

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Production Time: Usually 2-4 business days, frequently sooner. This represents the timeframe for creating and fulfilling your order from our living space. We use USPS shipping service and orders usually arrive within 2~7 business day once shipped.

Please Note: These are just estimates. Occasionally, at times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and prepared, we will send a tracking number to you through email. Please allow approximately 12 hours for the tracking information to reflect in the system. If you have any concerned about tracking the order, it is best to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with the provide tracking number.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us within one hour of placing it. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that once your package is in the hands of USPS, modifications may not be feasible.

If I've inputted an incorrect shipping address, What should I do?

In the event you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before dispatching your order. If your order has already been sent to USPS please reach out to them directly for any further assistance.

If the package is marked as 'Delivered' but I cannot locate it, what next?

If your package is marked as 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, begin by checking the vicinity of your delivery area and confirming the accuracy of the shipping address you provided. Possibility, packages can be marked as 'delivered' before their actual arrival. If, after three days, you still cannot locate your package, we recommend reaching out to USPS to initiate a claim.

While we make every effort to ensure the successful delivery of each order, please be aware that Comfort Motif Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility.

If my package is "in transit," what steps should I take?

If your package remains consistently labeled as "in transit" for an extended duration, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for the latest status updates. They can provide details regarding any ongoing delays.

Indeed, Comfort Motif Apparel is prepared to assist to the best of our ability. However, it's important to note that we have no control over delays once the package is in the possession of USPS.

Is it possible to return an item if I change my mind?

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must maintain its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and devoid of any signs of wear, such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell:
  • Final Sale Items: Items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Special Promotions: Items purchased during special promotional events are eligible for returns, but refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

Process for Returning
Prepare the item for return and include the packing slip for faster processing.
Choose your preferred shipping option for returns.

  • Option 1: Utilize our prepaid shipping label for a $10 fee.
  • Option 2: Obtain a shipping label at your local post office.
  • Prefer for a Free Return! Choose a refund as store credit, and we'll handle the return shipping cost on your behalf.

Drop off your package at the post office within 15 days of receiving your order.

Kindly be aware:

  • All returns are subject to an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products from Personalization and Customization are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items not purchased from MoniDara Apparel but mistakenly returned to us
  • Special Promotions: Items bought during special promotional events are eligible for returns, but only for store credit.

Can I exchange an Item?

At the moment, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. However, you have the choice to initiate a return for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the desired item. This allows you to promptly get the exact item you want without any delay.

What if I encounter any problems with my order, what should I do?

At Comfort Motif Apparel we prioritize the accurate processing of your orders, but occasional mistakes may occur. If you experience any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing pictures of the problem. We are dedicated to resolving the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Refunds can be provided as store credit
or returned to your original payment method, based on your preference.

Note: Discrepancies in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered as damage.

How do I sumbit a return request?

  • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  • Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Step 2: Select Your Order: Click on the order you wish to return.

Step 3: Choose Items to Return: If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.

Step 4: Select a Return Reason: Choose a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.

Step 5: Request the Return: Click on 'Request return'. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.
